Sabine has close to 20 years of experience as a teacher and communication coach.  She has worked in educational leadership for several years, facilitates teacher trainings, and is a certified yoga (RYT200) and trained mindfulness instructor (Mindful Schools, ACAM – Asian Center for Applied Mindfulness, MBSR courses, and others). She has also completed trainings and workshops in Trauma-Informed Work with Youth (CAS) and is a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (EASE).

In 2014, Sabine was looking back on over ten years of  personal self-care and professional learning.  In an effort to deepen her own contemplative practice and explore ways of bringing well-being and balance into people’s lives, Sabine decided to venture out and become a student again. This desire led her to travel for an extended period of time, and learn more about mindfulness.

She went to North America and Thailand, getting training and deepening her understanding for mindfulness practice, its delivery and benefits for all ages and members of society.

Being immersed in the Thai Buddhist culture for almost one year, Sabine was able to complement her research-based western perspective on mindfulness with a well-rounded insight into its traditional eastern roots.

Sabine’s enthusiasm for the areas of BodyWork, Movement & Breath not only deeply influence her personal life & growth, but also her work.

Sabine’s current base is Regensburg, Germany, where she works with refugee and immigrant teens, and facilitates workshops and trainings for adults, adolescents and children, as well as teachers and students. She is available for international travel.

Her workshops and trainings have been very well received by an international clientele (Christian German School, Chiang Mai/ Thailand, Swiss International School/ Switzerland & Germany, Knightsbridge International Schools/ Montenegro).


Her approach is secular, research-based and universally applicable.


She offers trainings to individuals, schools and organizations, and facilitates workshops and one-on-one sessions.


She teaches yoga for adults, teens & children.


Her vision is to make mindfulness available to as many people as possible, and to give support in finding a way to make a mindful life, rather than just a living.
